2. A copy of the public health director’s business license is required in the submitted documents.

4. Sign a specific skill employment contract with a foreigner who hires with a specific skill.
5. The foreigner himself has a medical examination.
6. Ask foreigners employed in addition to the above 5 medical certificates to prepare the necessary documents for applying for the status of residence.
7. Application documents for a status of residence・Company documents・Prepare a support plan。
8. Provide advance guidance to foreigners (video calls are also possible)
9. Apply for a certificate of residence recognition at the Japanese Embassy in the target country, land in Japan, and apply for a status of residence (specific skill) on the Japanese side.
10. Pick up at the airport you are entering (with a duty of assistance)
11. Once you have proof of residence and status of residence, you can start hiring.
12. Notification to Hello Work, procedures for various welfare benefits, etc.
13. Provide support to foreigners　　※Life Orientation、Other support (provided in-house or at a registration support organization)
14. Joined a council in the field of eating out。※Join within 4 months from the date of accepting foreigners (registration support organizations do not have to join)

General restaurant business (food and beverage cooking, customer service, store management)

Food and drink cooking：Cooking, preparation, and production of food and beverages provided to customers (e.g., preparation of ingredients, heating, and cooking, unheated cooking, seasoning, serving, preparation of food and beverages, etc.)

Hospitality：Those who perform operations other than food and drink cooking necessary to provide food and beverages to customers（Example：Guidance to seats, menu proposals, order asking, meals, lower dishes, cutlery settings, receiving prices, product settings, delivery of goods, collection of tableware and containers, reservation reception, the setting of seats, responding to complaints, communication, and coordination with delivery destinations at school lunch offices, etc.）
