  4. Sign a specific skill employment contract with a foreigner who hires with a specific skill.
  5. The foreigner himself has a medical examination.
  6. Ask foreigners employed in addition to the above 5 medical certificates to prepare the necessary documents for applying for the status of residence.
  7. Application documents for the status of residence ・Company documents・Prepare a support plan
  8. Provide advance guidance to foreigners (Video calls are also available)
  9. Apply for a certificate of residence recognition at the Japanese Embassy in the target country and land in Japan, and apply for a status of residence (specific skill) on the Japanese side.
  10. Pick up at the airport you are entering (with a duty of assistance)
  11. Start employment once you have proof of residence and status of residence.
  12. Notification to Hello Work, procedures for various welfare benefits, etc.
  13. Provide support to foreigners  ※Life Orientation、Other support(provided in-house or at a registration support organization)
  14. 「Care」Join a field council。※Join within 4 months from the date of accepting foreigners (registration support organizations do not have to join)
  15. Implementation and reporting of “notifications” and “regular interviews” stipulated by law.
